<p>When sending final transcripts, do we have to send the Common Application Final Report Form (the one that looks just like the secondary school and midyear reports) along with the Emory Transcript Release Form included with the acceptace letter? Thanks.</p>
<p>At my school, each student had to fill out a Final Transcript Release Form (assuming the student was going to college). With that said, I’m a bit hesitant about sending the transcript form that Emory gave me.</p>
<p>I plan on asking my admissions counselor if she wants me to sent the Emory transcript form along with my high school’s transcript form.</p>
