<p>Are we supposed to send our high school final transcript to NU? If so what's the mailing address we send it to? And is there a supplemental form someone has to fill out to go with it?</p>
<p>NU takes the common application form for the final transcript, and just mail it to the same place you mailed your teacher recs and transcript - the undergraduate admissions office</p>
