Basically, I just barely requested today that my hs final transcripts be sent to ucla through docufide. I realize that I am incredibly late in doing so, and I was wondering if my transcripts will arrive by the july 15 deadline. If not, is there anything else I can do?

I think admissions office will receive yours on time. It takes about a week or two. If not, you can just bring your report cards to orientation and email them about this.

thank you!

hey i was wondering if we need to bring our transcripts to orientation even though the school already has them on file?

you do have to bring it

dang i guess i should try going to my high school tomorrow to see if i can get a printout…it doesnt have to be official does it?

it does need to be an official one. they said somewhere on some ucla website that if they didn’t receive it, they’ll call you. So if you didn’t make it on time…im pretty sure it isn’t SUCH A BIG DEAL! so be calm, they are humans and they’re reasonable. not monsters!

ucla received my final transcript yesterday ahaha and my school sent it to ucla like long time ago -.-

oh haha the lady ended up giving me official transcripts anyways but she charged me a dollar :/

[UCLA Summer Orientation Program](http://www.orientation.ucla.edu/confirmation/stud_sess_info.html#items)

I don’t think you need to bring your high school transcript to orientation. It says “post-high school transcripts” from the link above.

actually it says “Copies of transcripts, test score results and catalogs from any post-high school institutions (to assist in planning your coursework for the Fall)”

Copies of transcripts AND post-high school institutions

(not to sound so douchy…im just saying it so people don’t forget to bring it and it wont be a hassle for those during orientation…cause then the counselor might have to go find, literally and physically find, your transcript

Yah bring a transcript from a post-high school institution to orientation, which is not your high school transcript. Why would they need your high school transcript at orientation to plan for classes? They just need an official one mailed to them to make sure you graduated and met the requirements not to revoke your admission.
