<p>What's a final year report? If what you're describing is anything like midyear reports, it doesn't exist; just have your counselor send Columbia your last-term transcript with your SS#, name, etc. I think they give you a slip of paper or something on which to put this information, but it's not necessary to use it by any stretch of the imagination. You're going to be getting a whole bunch of packets, including an academic overview packet, over the duration of the summer (they gave us a schedule of their arrivals last year, they'll probably do the same for you). I received my first packet in early June last year.</p>
