Finally--chance my d? I'll be your best friend

OK...White girl, NJ, large public HS sends a decent amt to top schools.
Grades took a serious dip in Junior year---struggled with an extremely serious case of mono that repeatedly recurred. That being said, would you chance her for the schools listed, and maybe recommend several others?
GPA 3.5
no APs but 7 honors classes and 2 college classes
SAT: 1860 --math 680, writing 620, CR 560 (explained by a visual disability that greatly slows her reading)
ECs are:
Professional actress x11 years--Bdwy, TV, Film, Commercial credits--last
worked professionally a year ago, but will continue to do a few small things
Professional model--several campaigns over 2 high school years (9 and 10)
choral singer--state ranked Alto--regional and all-state choruses (attended
a competetive summer vocal scholars program at Rowan U)
Captain of the Step Team (like in Stomp the Yard) this year, member for 3
years (team ranked 5th in state)
NJ Governor's school of the arts film/video program finalist
Makes videos for school announcements, etc
Small business with Chemistry teacher making chemistry music videos for sale
to chem teachers all over NJ
6 years of performing in an annual summer charity show to benefit local
handicapped kids program (more than 200 hours in all)
She wants a school that can provide an Advertising major, with Film/Video, choral music performance, and french (that grouping really cuts down on the possible schools)
So now the list:
Rowan
Montclair
Rider
Pace
LIU
Quinnipiac
The other NJ schools don't offer her programs. Rutgers might have something similar, but she wants a medium sized school. We can handle the public school tuition, barely, so any privates have to be ones that would give decent aid. We will not qualify for much by FAFSA. any thoughts? Thanks so much for taking the time!

anyone? lol, this board is so active that the original post disappeared almost immediately!
