I'm sure I missed something but please chance :)

all reaches there arent any hooks on your app although your gpa and acts are good but remember that most other peoples will be as well. the eagle scout in my opinion is the best e.c. you have. there will be students applying that have already done college level e.c.s such as research and internships. not saying you dont have a chance but apply to a few safeties just incase things dont work out

This may sound like a stupid question, but how much of a reach? HYPS posts always get the response: “reach”. So is it really out there, or just a reach because Harvard is always a reach?

I forgot to say: I am applying to Harvard under restrictive early action.

Harvard SCEA is about as much of a reach for you as it is for most qualified applicants. In other words, you’re as qualified as you could be, but obviously there’s only a tiny percentage of people (5-6%) who get admitted each year, so it’s categorized as a “reach.” Same goes for Yale, Princeton, and Stanford. UChicago looks for very unique students, so think about what makes your application stand out. Berkeley and UCLA are low reaches, Rice is a high match, and Purdue is a low match / safety.

Good luck! :)
