I've been accepted to NYU !!! as a transfer from emerson college. </p>
<p>thanks to everyone for answer the insane amounts of questions I had and giving all the support :) That's only one out of 3 schools that I've heard back from right now, but at least it gives me some hope. Here's to hoping that everyone's acceptances come soon!!</p>

670 M</p>
<p>About 710 on 3 Sat tests</p>
<p>Gpa in HS = 3.45</p>
<p>GPA at college = 3.56 (emerson college)</p>
<p>their website says that about 4000 people apply as transfers and they accept about 1,000</p>
<p>Good luck with Stern. I heard either last year or a few years ago there were 1700 people applying for 3 spots in stern. </p>

<p>Why did you decide to transfer out of Emerson? I'm actually transferring out of USC for next fall, just going back home next semester, but Emerson's on my list of possibilities.</p>
