Finally

<p>You need to REALLY think about schools and their climates. If you are a cold-natured person who might have a twinge of SAD, then you need to really reexamine whether or not you’d be happy for four years in a location where it’s bitterly cold most of the year. I mean it’s one thing to consider schools that are located in areas where it gets cold (i.e. Boston); it’s another thing to consider being in a place like upstate NY, Evanston/Chicago, South Bend, etc. where it is absolutely frigid. It doesn’t bother a lot of people; however, there are some that would be miserable in these environments. Sure you might be able to tolerate it for four years, but why would you force yourself to? There are so many great schools across the country – it’s absolutely unnecessary.</p>
