Finance at St Andrews or development at LSE...

I am looking to get into development banking, particularly a position in development finance at the African Development Bank. (I'm not interested in the World Bank.) I have offers for the following programs:

MSc in Finance at St Andrews
MSc in Local Economic Development at LSE

Which would you recommend? Finance is the stronger course, (the LSE program doesn't even require strong mathematical or economics background) but LSE is the bigger brand name.

How much will it matter? I think it's pretty obvious that St Andrews is the nicer place to go to school, but I'm just thinking solely about prospects in my chosen field and related fields, after graduation.

Thanks for any input you can offer.
