Financial Aid after being dismissed !!!

<p>I am a master student in college in egypt studying computer engineering, and i have been dismissed for exceeding the time limits before finishing my thesis. I was planning to apply for a PhD in Canada and USA in the universities which support internatinal students financially. My acadimic standing is great both in undergrad and in master. Now after been dismissed i am thinking of applying again but i can't support my self so do i still have any chance of getting a financial aid in Canada or USA?</p>

<p>You should contact the departments that you are interested in and ask about PhD admissions. Some will not care that you have left your previous university without completing your thesis. In you communications, I would suggest that you do not use the word “dismissal”. That has very negative connotations.</p>

<p>If you can be readmitted, and can finish that thesis in a timely fashion, it will most likely improve your options.</p>
