I applied for financial aid at Brown and my financial aid checklist still says that I am missing FAFSA (even though I am positive I’ve sent it because I called to verify in February and consequently updated my schools on Student Aid report) and the student tax return. It also indicates that my “non-custodial parent statement” is still “pending” (I had to do a petition to not have to send my non-custodial parent profile). Do those things basically indicate a rejection? Do all admitted students receive a letter with financial aid? Did Brown e-mail or call anyone to get any of the missing documents? Thanks in advance ! :)

I had stuff “missing” as well, but I emailed the Financial Aid office a few days ago. They said that due to the huge amount of applications, the site was still slow in processing. They told me not to panic, and that I had nothing left to do for Financial Aid. Later that day, I checked and all the conditions were satisfied.
