Financial Aid App Status?

Does Richmond have a website where you can monitor the status of your financial aid app, like they do for your application? I'd love to make sure that all our stuff got there. Do they e-mail, or is there no way to check other than calling?

Thanks.

I am wondering the same thing. Also, does Richmond require a separate application other than CSS and FAFSA?

richmond does not use the CSS profile form, they have their own form called Richmond in Reach, its on their website and you file that with the FAFSA

Oh, shoot. I did not do that. Is it too late to send it in? I sent the FAFSA in early january.

It's due on Feb. 25. But please note: it requires signed 2006 tax forms and supporting documents.

Hello all--

Richmond requires the FAFSA, submitted to the processor by February 25, and a University "Richmond In Reach" supplemental application which is due as soon as possible after the FAFSA is submitted. If you haven't done the Richmond In Reach supplemental application you can still do that at any time. (You can submit the tax records later if you need to as well.) The longer you delay, though, the later you will receive notification of your financial aid award and of course we know you are anxious for that information. If you have questions, please pick up the phone and call 804-289-8438 or 800-700-1662 or you can e-mail finaid@richmond.edu.

We don't have an on-line status check feature for financial aid applications.
