<p>It depends on the kind of appeal (i.e. Loss of a full-time job)- but basically you get the form from [UCLA</a> Financial Aid Office - Forms | Petitions | Verification Forms](<a href=“http://www.fao.ucla.edu/forms.html]UCLA”>http://www.fao.ucla.edu/forms.html), fill it out and send it with the required documentation. Then you wait- or at least that’s what I’ve been doing.</p>
<p>i got my loss of income appeal approved on july 28 for ucsd (sent in right before the deadline of sending in forms for FA). Good luck on your appeal.</p>
