<p>The University of Chicago says that its financial aid application is available on the Common App website after I submit the Common App or the Supplement to the University. I've submitted both, and I've received confirmation emails for them. But UChicago says I'm also supposed to receive an email on how to create an account with the admissions office, and I have not. I also cannot find UChicago's financial aid application on the website.</p>
<p>I have chosen to submit the counselor and teacher recommendations on paper. Is this why it's not available? This is really frustrating.</p>
