How does need-based financial aid work at Bates for international students? Do they really give you the right amount depending on how much your parents make? I’m also committed to play soccer there (the coach is supporting me through the ED1 process), so could that potentially help me with the numbers?

Unrelated Question but since I’m applying ED1, it’s my midterm marks for semester 1 that the college wants right?

Bates only gives financial aid, no merit aid. So, coach support can help with admissions, but not financial package.
