I looked on CC's websites but found nothing.</p>

<p>Talk to someone in the aid or advising offices. My school, for example, offered scholarships to honors students. I’m almost sure that the scholarships were based on merit and, I believe, covered the cost of tuition for international students as well as county residents.</p>
