Financial Aid Award Letters

Has anyone received their financial aid package? Or know when they are being sent out?

I haven’t gotten mine… they’re supposed to be sent mid march

tick tick tick mid march is here…

I can’t wait! my entire decision depends on the financial aid package!!

Does anyone know how we will be notified? Does it come with the acceptance package or does it come after that? Also, does it come in snail mail? Thanks!

FA office says it comes via snail mail but don’t know when.

My son’s letter last year was dated March 27. Received a few days later.

Can anyone confirm that they are going out this week?

Has anyone heard when fin aid letters will be mailed to RD admitted students?

EA students are also still waiting.

Oh wow, had no idea you guys were still waiting too!

I called yesterday and they said that hopefully they would mail them out today but they can’t guarantee anything.

Crazy that EA is still waiting. I called last week and she said they would be out by the end of the week. I said, I guess that’s by next week (today) and she said, “Oh, I guess.” Can’t make a decision until FA comes in!

All I know is my son was accepted in December. Did the Reilly Visitation program. But we are still waiting on aid notification. No decisions can be made without it. We just don’t have that luxury.

Same here. It’s been over three months since my daughter was accepted, but no financial aid package yet. It has been really hard, because none of us wanted to get emotionally invested in ND without knowing whether or not we can afford it and how the financial aid compares to other schools she has been accepted at.

Unfortunately we are already emotionally invested.

Does anyone know if all the merit aid has been given out already, or is that part of the financial aid package we’re all waiting for? The only way our son can go to Notre Dame is if money miraculously appears, even though we likely won’t be defined as having “need.” I wish that were the case!

I think the merit aid can still appear and I hold out the same hope but not expecting…

Letters were sent out yesterday morning, I called and was asking some questions and they told me,

Did anyone get their award letter yet?
