Dear Student, </p>

<p>Federal Regulations require all students to adhere to quantitative academic standards in order to maintain eligibility for financial aid. To meet this requirement, UCLA has established an eighteen (18) quarter timeframe in which you are eligible to receive financial aid; nine (9) quarters if you are enrolled in a graduate program (MA or MS); twenty-seven (27) quarters if you are enrolled in a doctorate program. Note: This timeframe is determined upon the number of quarters you have enrolled in regardless of whether or not you have received financial aid during these terms.
