Hi guys,
Has anyone filed their FAFSA and Cal Grant? The deadline is 3/2/15. My question is how to get the community colleges to submit GPA verifications so I can be eligible for Cal Grant.

My CC (SMC) does it automatically before the deadline. You can always ask someone in the financial aid office if it will be done automatically

Thanks! I’ve attend 2 different community colleges. do i need to have both send the gpa verifications in?

Hmmm… I think it is sent by the CC that you attend more, i.e if you have 6 units at one and 8 units at another, the 8 unit one will submit.

You may have to sent transcripts to the other so that the GPA is accurate.

Go to both FA offices and ask
