My SAT scores are SAT 1 - 2140 and Sat 2 Maths - 800 and Sat 2 Chemistry 800. Financial Aid is a neccesity for me. What kind of places can i expect to get accepted with financial aid with these credentials ?

Are you an international applicant who is currently studying in the US? In that case, your best advice will come from your own high school guidance counselor.

If you are outside the US, you should start by reading through everything at [EducationUSA | Study Abroad, Student Visa, University Fairs, College Applications and Study in the U.S. / America](http://www.educationusa.info/) Then you should make an appointment with the counselors at the advising center closest to where you live. [EducationUSA - Find an Advising Center](http://www.educationusa.info/centers.php) Those counselors will be able to tell you if any students with grades and exam scores like yours have been accepted to colleges that offered them the kind of financial aid that you need.

There are a lot of threads on this topic in the International Student Forum. Go to the main page where all of the forums are listed, and scroll down to find it.

Will you QUALIFY for need-based aid that you need?

Most schools do not give much/any aid to int’ls.

Schools that gives lots of need based aid to int’ls are the hardest to get into, so no one here knows who’d accept you. you might get rejected from ALL of those schools. You’ll be competing against kids with higher scores.

Some of the schools that give need-based aid to int’ls are “need aware.”

some schools might give you merit scholarships…how much will your parents pay? What is your Math + CR score??
