<p>Hey, I'm confused about the financial aid stuff. So, UCLA says they can give you say a thousand dollars, but that's only an estimate. When do they finalize it and how do you get the money?</p>
<p>Over the summer. You attend a financial aid workshop in order to get loans (any kind through finaid). During each quarter, they apply 1/3 of it towards your BAR account on URSA. If anything is leftover, it's directly desposited to your bank account.</p>
