I'm a prospective freshman at Penn class of 2017 and I was just looking at the Financial Aid Eligibility tab on the SFS portal. Does anybody know what the Class of 1973 Scholarship is?
From Penn "This award is made from specific named funds earmarked by the donor for financial aid. An award from a specific fund is referred to as a "Named " Scholarship because the award bears the donor's name in recognition of the donor's generosity (e.g., John Smith Scholarship). You received this named scholarship based on evaluated financial need as well as any additional criteria stipulated by the donor." What are those requirements?
I'm worried that this "scholarship" won't carry through my 4 years.
Thanks guys
