I am a foster child/california student that applied to a couple UCs and some community colleges. on my fafsa I am considered a Independent and my EFC comes out to $0(no job yet).... does this mean I don't have to pay for my college? how much does Cal grant, Chafee Grant give me, and how much do I have to take out for student loans?

I am planning to live off campus by the way
