I’ve received admission offer from Virginia Tech and although I’m really happy about it, I still have some questions. What should I do in order to receive a scholarship/financial aid and how much money can I get from them? I live in a pretty poor country and it would be hard for my family to pay about 38000$ every year, so any information is appreciated.

If they have scholarships for you, they offered that on your portal - check and if you see nothing, email them to ask when scholarships will be announced . If they don’t give you anything, hopefully you’ll get an affordable admission elsewhere.
Ps: even in first world countries $38,000 is a lot of money!
you would only be eligible for merit based aid, and that is all competitive based.
