<p>How generous are University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill and University of Washington with their financial aid package for out-of-state transfers? I'm a CCC student interested in possibly transferring out-of-state.</p>
<p>UNC-CH states that they meet full financial need for all students, IS or OOS. This is from their Common Data Set: “By policy, we meet full need of all on-time and eligible financial aid applicants”.</p>
<p>UW, not so much. You would probably only get Stafford loans. The only other public U that meets need for OOS students is UVA.</p>
