Financial aid for teaching credential?

<p>Hi guys. So I was thinking of applying as an Educations major, and once I have my B.A, I'll move on to get my teaching credential (multiple subjects). I want to become an elementary school teacher.</p>

<p>Where and what kind of financial aid am I applicable for? *I DO NOT want to take out any loans.</p>

<ul>
<li>I qualify for the full amount of Pell grant, and Cal Grant B.</li>
<li>Assuming I will take all my credential prereqs.</li>
<li>GPA above a 3.0</li>
<li>Attending California State University Fullerton.</li>
</ul>

<p>This is a pretty dead forum so you may have found this information elsewhere, but take a look at the TEACH Grant. My niece is already a teacher and used it for one of her Master’s degrees. For other options on financial aid in general, there’s a whole active forum just on that topic.</p>

<p>Yes, and there are programs where you teach and get a “free” masters in 2 years while earning a small stipend.</p>
