Financial aid for ten units?

<p>I made the mistake of enrolling for classes pretty late and I only managed to get three classes this semester at my community college. (Ten units all together)
My Pell Grant is estimated to be 5,730 dollars.</p>

<p>I was wondering if having only ten units would significantly decrease the amount of aid I'll receive. </p>

<p>This thread gives some info, but talk to your school’s financial aid office on how this works.
Maybe you could find another course to sign up for or maybe someone dropped out of one you wanted, you’re close to 12 credits.</p>
