<p>How is the financial aid packages for sophmore transfers at schools such as NYU, UNC Chapel Hill, UVA, UMich, Boston College, USC.</p>
<p>I know that UVA, UMich, UNC are state schools so I'm guessing very little?</p>
<p>I also know NYU is known to be pretty stingy, but how about BC and especially USC?</p>
<p>First, most schools don’t offer much to transfer students, except for those schools that promise to meet need. Having said that, UVA and UNC are the only two public Us that do promise to meet need, even for OOS students. Their aid should generally be good, even for transfer students. NYU’s aid (pretty much of any type) stinks. UMich will offer very little to an OOS student.</p>
