<p>Where is the financial aid form that came with your acceptance letter mailed to?</p>
<p>Should it be included with the Office of Undergraduate Admissions envelope or an entirely separate envelope?</p>
<p>I only got that and a "Tuition Management Systems" envelope in my package...</p>
