Financial Aid help?!

Okay, so I've been living here in the U.S for about 12 years now. Still don't have my green card. something happened with the sponsor. So now i'm stuck as a high school senior with an F-2 visa. My parents definitely cannot pay for my college and there is no financial help available for international students except for some schools.

Would it be possible for me to get residential price since i've been living here for awhile?
oh i live in california by the way.

I've applied to San Diego St, Cal state long beach, cal state fullerton, and cal poly san luis obispo. I want to apply to a couple UC's but i dont know if they'll give me any assistance with financial aid.

I also want to apply to university of oregon as well as university of washington.

How can i get enough financial help in order to get my F-1 visa?

You should contact the CA universities directly regarding your in-state tuition status and possibilities for financial aid. My guess is that you will probably not qualify for in-state tuition. While California does grant in-state tuition to some graduates of CA high schools, most university websites explicitly say that this exception does not apply to students on non-immigrant visas. (Ironically, you would probably qualify for in-state tuition if you were an undocumented immigrant…)

If you are willing to go to college in another state, I would encourage you to explore financial aid opportunities at colleges and universities that do offer need- or merit-based assistance to international students.
