The April 15 deadline is for the students who are already there (you have to fill out the forms each year.)

Contact the financial aid office but you should realize that there is only so much to give out and there are already people asking how to get more aid. (who had their forms in on time.)

Well I assume they’re still going to give me some form of aid; I am in HSS after all. I don’t mind taking on more debt the first year as long as I can get more the next year.

How long does it generally take to receive financial aid packages once you’ve applied?

I don’t think any knows. I imagine, not long. You have everything to Gain by submitting rather than asking CC and waiting for CC’s answer. You everything to Lose by waiting.

I’m in the same situation. I send the tax forms right after I got my fat letter (in the first wave). Do you think I have a chance to get financial aid or will I be left aside? If I don’t get financial aid for freshmen year, can I apply for it sophomore years and the following years?
