financial aid/loans for non-citizens

I am an incoming high school senior who is a non-citizen and not a permanent resident. My family and I have will probably get our work-permit in a couple of months, meaning that I might get my greencard before the end or during the summer of my senior year. As I understand, colleges do not provide significant aid to international citizens and I am ineligible for most loans/scholarships. If I can't get any outside aid, I will probably end up going to a state university although I have a decent shot of getting into the ivies.

Does anybody have any advice as to how I can manage the financial situation?

Unless your parents qualify for private loans and they want to take them, you just have to apply to schools where you would he at the top of their stats known for merit aid if you don't want a state school.
