For example, tax returns, I can't find whether we should fax or mail. It just says "send." And what's the address/fax number?

From the Pomona Financial Aid Guide

2009 Federal Tax Return, schedules and W-2 statements: mail directly to Financial Aid
2010 Federal Tax Return, schedules and W-2 statements; IDOC: idoc.collegeboard.com

This is for new students only. For the following years you will only submit the most current return using IDOC.

^Basically that. I know you can mail, but I’m not sure if they accept fax. You could call and ask.

They actually want the 2009 stuff right? It’s not that they just forgot to update their website or something? Just double-checking :]

Yes, call and ask. Per my finaid folks, receiving your packet in the mail is actually easier for them than pulling a stack of loose sheets off the fax and sorting through multiple transmissions. You can ensure a mail packet is complete; you can’t control for the fax machine blurring or somehow skipping a page.

Always hesitant to send a bunch of financial info on a fax. Had to fax 60 pages to Stanford once and it was a pain. Yes they want 2009 now. Many people do not have 2010 done yet because they are like me and have not received all the 1099’s and W-2’s yet.
