<p>At this point, have all the merit scholarship recipients for UChicago been notified? Also, has anyone heard back re need-based aid?</p>
<p>I received my need-based aid package in the mail with my acceptance letter.</p>
<p>I’m pretty sure the merit aid arrives at the same time as the need aid. Although I unfortunately didn’t receive one (sad sad) so I could be wrong.</p>
<p>I was admitted EA back in December (!!) and I’m still waiting for my need-based package lol. The finaid office seems to be dragging their feet for some reason, asking for all kinds of obscure information that no other school has asked for. Chicago was my top choice for a while, but their bogus financial aid has left me rather disenchanted. :(</p>
