Does anyone know if BC usually gives the same amount of financial aid throughout all 4 years or if it drops after freshman year? I heard a rumor that BC gives more aid to freshman as an incentive to get students to come and then lowers it the following year, which is really scary.

that is scary.

oh and did anyone else get a letter in the mail saying that their conditional package had been lowered?

Any lower and I'll owe them money.

Lower? LOL, mine increased, TWICE! Just don't win the lottery while you're here.

LOL---what I meant to post was that our aid was: zip, zero, nothing. I am not sure you can go lower than that.

I guess lower would mean---- paying while not attending!!!!!

i got nothing either! except a bit of loans. my dad was like "it's kind of flattering that they think we can pay almost $50,000 a year, but..."

does appeal do anything??? can i get anything more? (i just got the letter 5 minutes ago)

i got the letter too, back in like january... "we cannot offer you any financial assistance at this point" or something.

AHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAH.

bye, bc... i liked you so much too...

We received the lower letter I told them we couldn't afford to accept their offer of admission at that rate
