<p>I got an email from them two days ago telling me i was missing something in my fin aid packet. I was thinking, maybe I actually have a chance at getting accepted then! If they had already decided to reject me, the financial aid office wouldn't bother emailing me, right? </p>

<p>jenko may be onto something here. I have some feeling that the fin. aid office actually tracks down who gets accepted. I remember RD this year some guy’s daughter got really cold replies when she called the fin aid office to replace a missing item. That was a few days before decisions came out. The fact that they didn’t bother (presumably) meant she got rejected. So I might count on good news if you’re contacted at such a late date.</p>

<p>Yes it all makes sense! The fin aid office kept harassing me for my missing docs, and I’m thinking why go through such torture if I wasn’t admitted</p>
<p>And they waived a lot of the documents I was supposed to send but couldn’t because they didn’t apply to me (but I was supposed to send in the waiver forms for them). I thought this was very strange.</p>

<p>Well, I received the email like 2 days before another kid who applied at my school. I don’t know if that means anything. But heh, I started my other apps today. If I get rejected, I am so screwed.</p>
