<p>Hey guys, just another CMU applicant who is still waiting for his financial aid package. My status page shows that it was mailed on the 7th of april but today is the 11th and it still hasn't come in the mail.
Is anyone else in this situation.</p>
<p>Mine says it was mailed April 3. I live in WV, and it is still not here...</p>
<p>lol i got waitlisted and I already got my financial aid package! funny how they practically gave me a half-ride, yet i got waitlisted. i guess this really proves they are need-blind =)</p>

<p>what if ive never gotten my account code and stuff to check my status? Im wondering if ive gotten any financial aid... i got my fat letter and a few emails for admitted studentts.... It would be a real bummer if i didn't get any :[</p>
<p>I called and told them that it was really holding up our ability to make a decision. They immediately sent me an email with the info and got the letter like 2 days later. Real disappointment...not even close to what we needed! Good bye to the CMU dream for my D. She loved the school. Maybe for grad school someday! Try calling admissions and ask for an email. Good luck!!</p>
<p>^ did they send the appeals form with your email? i read in one of the other threads that cmu sends an appeals form w/ the letter, and i've been waiting for it to try to negotiate a better deal.</p>
