<p>I applied EDII and sent in my CSS over a month ago.
however, i accidentally printed out the wrong financial aid timeline (regular decision) & my parents had a meeting with their tax consultant scheduled today to copy the 2010 taxes and the smith aid.
I just realized the deadline was Jan. 2nd!
even if I fax them immediately, will my aid be thrown out for 64 credits or is it until they view my application? Is their any way to change my application to Regular where the deadline was Feb. 15th? There's no way I could afford 2 years at smith with no aid.
should i just abandon all hope now?</p>
<p>Perhaps someone here will have more information, but I’d suggest you call the Financial Aid office tomorrow to explain your situation and then you can decide what your appropriate course of action should be.</p>
<p>Agree. Call the Admissions Office and/or Student Financial Services. Probably admissions first and see what they suggest. I’m sure you’re not the first to have done this.</p>
<p>i missed the jan 2 deadline for financial aid but smith emailed me and said they would give me until january 9th - i think you’ll be fine as long as you fix everything asap</p>
