financial aid qualification

I was not accepted to the degree I wanted. Now the school wants me to pass a summer course before being accepted to the college of liberal arts as Undecided. If I don't pass this summer course, I probably have to enroll as a non degree student. Am I still qualify for financial aid if I enroll as a non degree student?

Ask the college. Usually the answer is "no."

Here's what the college states:
In Order to Qualify for Financial Aid You Must:
Be accepted and enrolled in a degree program, eligible undergraduate certificate program, or a graduate certificate program.
