Financial Aid Question - Signature Page

So, I'm really, really dumb. I realize this is WAY late, but I forgot to send in the signature page for financial aid. I've sent in everything else, but I just completely forgot about this for some reason. If I fax it in tomorrow, will I still be able to receive financial aid? I'm kind of freaking out right now, because UVA is certainly one of my top schools, and there's absolutely no way I could go if I don't get a good financial aid offer. I realize that this was complete stupidity on my part. Anyways, does anyone know? I imagine my financial aid offer will be late, but will I still be able to get financial aid? I'm literally worried sick right now.

Send it in ASAP, and you should be OK. I believe they said they need a “wet” signature, so I think it should be faxed (for speed) and mailed. On the fax, say that a mailed copy is on the way.

I have it on my to-do list as well and from there it says the deadline to get that in is 4/30. Which corresponds to this article I read about UVA’s financial aid this year. You’ll be fine.

There are different dates for new students vs. returning students. For returning undergrads, everything must be received by April 30th to be eligible for aid. The date is probably earlier for new students. It is all on the fin. aid website.

Faxed and mailed? On the signature page itself, it says one or the other, not both. Should I still mail it too?

If you have to choose between what is written on this message board and what is written on an official UVa document, please choose the official document. I just remembered them saying a “wet” signature.
