So I applied for financial aid (FAFSA) right before entering as a freshman and was not given anything except for unsubsidized loans (which isn't really aid at all).

Anyways I was talking to some people and it seems I would qualify for work study based on my circumstances. (Family makes ~ 160K a year, no siblings in college). What do you guys think? I heard someone say that he qualified for work study and his family income is just under 200K.

Just call and ask. There are jobs, even though they’re hard to find, on campus for non-work study, usually in more tech-y areas.

you wont qualify for aid at all. if money is problem, you want to reconsider because tuition will only go up and up and up
