<p>Did everyone get their financial aid yet? Mine still says</p>
<p>"Your file is complete. We expect to have your financial aid award available shortly. You will receive notification from us once your award information is available."</p>
<p>It has been like this for the last 3 weeks. Anyone else have the same problem?</p>
<p>yes! I have and I’m starting to get worried it won’t be ready in time. What did your original award look like?</p>
<p>Keep trying to get in phone contact with them. I visited their office the other day, and they only had 1 person working the phone, and 3 associates helping the visitors.</p>
<p>Or if you’re close enough, visit their office.</p>
<p>Email them. give them your name and your year; also tell them that you have yet to receive your financial aid information. I did this a couple of weeks ago and got mine posted the next day. :D</p>
