Financial Aid Questions

<p>When the Office of Financial Aid gives you this message: </p>

<p>Before we can make or finalize your award and allow aid to disburse to you, we will need to evaluate the original or additional information we have received from you. </p>

<p>This process should take approximately 60 days. To see documentation we have received and not yet reviewed, click on “Required Documents”.</p>

<p>How long usually does ACTUALLY take??? My loan is placed on hold still and I contacted the office only to be told that the required documents, which I already turned in, was keeping me from getting the money, even though my fall quarter grants have been disbursed. I wanted to know whether this process actually takes the full 60 days they claim..... because that's nearly the entire quarter....</p>
