<p>I’m only getting $6600… not counting loans. I’m getting no university grants. T_T?</p>
<p>My EFC is $0… I’m living in a household of 3 with a single money who makes about $26,000 a year.</p>
<p>Should I write an appeal? Is there a reason why I’m only getting $6600? Going to BU is double my mother’s income. D:</p>
<p>Actually… I just read “Those with comparatively weaker records receive no grant despite their financial need and admission to the University.”</p>
<p>Also… “however, University funding is insufficient to award all students with calculated need. Therefore, we are unable to offer you University grant funds.”</p>
<p>My stats are actually very weak compared to everyone else. Should I bother appealing? 3.65 gpa, 1780 superscore sat, 27 ACT… lol</p>
<p>wow…hmm, you should appeal!! That makes NO sense. My parent’s are gonna be paying $3, 000 if I go there, no loans. Everything else paid in grants including work-study and my parents make triple your mothers income…but then again we rent a house, I go to private school, we have three other kids, including my uncle from another country…so there’s 6 of us in the household…that’s probably why, and maybe b/c I applied directly into CGS. No, not even my SAT superscore was 1650, 3.7 gpa, and 23 ACT…so as you can see it has NOTHING to do with test scores lol…</p>
