So I know this kind of financial aid thread is really popular, but I think my particular situation is interesting, and I thought I might get a more informed opinion on here. So, I am an OOS student, and I hear all of these mixed opinions on aid. My EFC is 10,000. My mother doesn't work, but my father makes 150,000 dollars a year. However, I have four members of my family going to college at once since I am a triplet and I have an older brother. Also, I am not one of those "must haves". Usually I hear about the high EFCs (like 25-40,000) and the low EFCs (like 0-5,000) but I never hear about people in my range. I was curious as to what my aid might look like.

UofM does not guarantee to meet need for out of state students. UofM also uses Profile and not just FAFSA so both your parents income will be considered. Here is the net price calculator is you have not found it on the website. It will give you a range from low to high.
