<p>It seems that some forms and stuff appeared on my Financial Aid "To Do List" without me realizing it. So, I have some questions about them.</p>
<p>Here's the list:
-Family income and expenses
-Parent 1040
-Parent W2
-UFAA Parent Signature Page</p>
<p>All of them have a status of "initiated," and the Student Portal is very vague on all of them.</p>
<p>Ok, so my questions:
Is the Family income and expenses on the University Financial Aid Application, the form I filled out online, or is it something else?
My parents sent in the 1040 a looooong time ago, probably about 3 weeks. Is it just that it hasn't been entered yet?
If I remember my father's comments correctly, my parents don't have a W2 because he's self-employed. What do I do?
Lastly, what the heck is the UFAA Parent Signature Page? Is it a paper form that has to be mailed in, or was that also at the end of the online UFAA?</p>
<p>They had sent a postcard to my house, but it only requested the 1040, so I'm also confused as to why I received no other notification of these forms other than by checking the Student Portal.</p>
