I know their website says they'll start informing students about missing parts of their application next week when their Self-Service tracking system gets back up, however, I logged in today and decided to give it a try anyways...

My financial aid to-do list says I'm missing my CSS profile?!?!?! However, I submitted it, and when I checked the collegeboard site, it confirmed it being submitted and said that if it says it was submitted then it is DEFINITELY at the college or university you sent it to.

So, what now? Should I call / send an email? Their site said we shouldn't due to the high volume of applications they're processing.. Is it possible it's a glitch in the system and that it'll be gone once their entire self-service system is back up and running.. ?

wisdom, I have the same thing. I didn’t even know the Finaid was up yet. I checked, missing CSS Profile too, but sent it like 2 weeks before the deadline. So its a glitch/lag whatever you want to call it. Just wait like the rest of us =].

BTW, had an AWESOME interview. The guy was so cool and had a long conversation with him.

He was really cool, late 20’s, asian like me. Was a conversation, rather than a regular interview. Hope he doesn’t read these forums… lol. Went pretty well imo.
