Looking around the portal it says that fees become past due on August 24th and people will be subject to holds or class cancellations. And then it says student who have financial aid for the current quarter will not be subject to it. Does the financial aid money go directly to the school or do we get the money and then send it to the school? Also, when do we get the money because the real deadline is August 31st when we maybe be canceled from all enrolled classes. Thanks in advance for any answers!

The funds are sent directly to the school; they will take the funds and pay your tuition, housing and dining charges. If they don’t use all of the financial aid money you accepted for the year it will be deposited in your bank account (if you have direct deposit set up). The financial aid money will be dispersed a week before classes start.

Thank you. What happens if your financial aid money isn’t enough to cover all the costs? When do you have to make the leftover payment?

ya you just get billed for the left over amount. Its a nice easy process caus your financial aid is automatically dispersed so you dont gotta worry bout paying school fees, its done for you
