We submitted our FAFSA on January 3, 2011. The tracking system says it has not been received. Is anyone else having the same problem?

I submitted my CSS profile on January the 15th … and it is saying that they “didn’t” received it … it is not cool at all !

My D received an email a few days ago saying that her financial aid application was complete.

I have issues too and I’m sending an email to Columbia.

I submitted my CSS PROFILE way back in January, and submitted my parent’s income statement from employer (I’m an international student and there’s no tax system in my country) around early February, got a notification on 22 Feb saying that my Fin-Aid app is complete. You all should contact Columbia personally to get the information sorted out, its better than emailing in my opinion, I’ve tried emailing and it takes a lot of time.

After finally getting all of our documents off to IDOC on Friday, we received an e-mail yesterday from Columbia with a link to a page with this message: “Please forward any missing tax-related documentation directly to Columbia via the IDOC service. You may print a cover sheet by logging into the IDOC service at http://idoc.collegeboard.com. Please be sure to label each page with the applicant’s name and CU ID number.”

Needless to say, our documents went off to the IDOC without the labels.

I didn’t need IDOC though, I’m a non-US applicant and CollegeBoard told me that only 1 college required documents through IDOC apart from all the others, and it wasn’t Columbia in my case.

Has anyone heard back from their emails to Columbia? We haven’t heard anything. I tried calling this morning and there is a message saying they are experiencing high volume of calls and to leave a message. Then it says the voice mail box can’t accept any more messages because its full!!! So frustrating!!

Never mind. Just received email response. I was just stressing.

Hey guys they just update my financial aid stuff … and it says “complete” or “received” so don’t worry i think they are just a bit slow … Good luck
