Hey, has anyone received information on when financial aid will be released? I heard by the end of the month and here we are at the end of the month… still nothing. I submitted everything (CSS and FAFSA) on time. Just curious if anyone has heard anything.
Yes, I got it today. I am in the Bay Area so may be the earliest to receive. It seems that they only reviewed CSS
so it says it is not final until FASFA is evaluated. My EFC is around 6K and I got around 22K need-based grant plus work award and fed loans. I didn’t get any Merit award, so this is a great help for our family! I am off campus with my Family.
I’m in southern california and I’ve been eagerly waiting for mine-I was thinking about calling the office because I’ll be visiting USF this weekend and wouldn’t mind meeting with financial aid. @filmandlacrosse where are you located/any luck yet?

Sorry guys, i dont get on here too often. I received mine about a week ago. I live in Pennsylvania.?Nice package, so i think ill be attending usf in the fall. Hope to see you guys on campus

@filmandlacrosse I submitted mine 4 days before the January deadline! I’m majoring in Biology, what about you? What’s your major?
@cf9882 Im planning on doing media studies, but probably double majoring in something else as well. I want to work in film so we shall see how that goes! Good luck with your decision between schools.
I didn’t submit the CSS for USF. IS that a major requirement that I missed? I submitted the FASFS
@Class2020College I don’t know. I think it just helps get extra money from the school.
@Class2020College my understanding is CSS helps determine school grants/aid, where as FAFSA deals more with federal aid. CSS also gives early action students a preview of their aid. Basically, its important but you arent screwed not filling it out haha
